You'll work across a range of customer questions and service needs, using your communication skills and attention to detail to provide a professional experience from the first interaction to the final follow-up. Your Focus Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate next step Handle questions through phone, email, and other business channels Resolve straightforward concerns and requests Follow up when an issue requires further action Work with internal teams to coordinate customer requests Keep customer information and notes accurate Explain services, processes, and next steps clearly Recognize when an issue needs to be escalated What You Bring We value communication, reliability, and a genuine focus on helping people. Customer service experience is useful, but backgrounds in retail, hospitality, administration, sales, reception, or other customer-facing roles are also relevant.
