• Customer Support Manager
• who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. In this role, you'll serve as a critical link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams—ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of spare parts, and exceptional service experiences. Your ability to coordinate, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
• What You'll Do
• Take ownership of the customer experience by: + Coordinating responses to customer inquiries related to spare parts and service needs + Facilitating resolution of delivery issues and ensuring timely order fulfillment + Collecting, processing, and managing supplier and customer data related to orders and services + Entering, tracking, and monitoring customer orders, materials, and delivery requirements + Coordinating returns and ensuring proper documentation and follow-through + Communicating proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates and solutions + Supporting continuous improvement in customer service processes and response times •What You Bring•

Required Qualifications:

• + Previous experience in customer service, order coordination, or support roles + Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills + Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry or order tracking systems

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or supply chain environments + Familiarity with spare parts logistics or order fulfillment processes + Proven ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Pay Details:

• $16.
