Customer Service/Sales Representative

Responsibilities Engage with clients through social media sales efforts to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach. Manage customers by upselling additional products and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent customer service. Implement business plans to nurture relationships with customers and drive revenue growth within assigned task. Collaborate with marketing teams to lead events and promote activities to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. Must also be able to count and use a register/work a POS system Qualifications Familiarity with POS software such as Square/Lightspeed or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales. Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong analysis skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. Knowledge of marketing and experience in upselling techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
