Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (CSR/Dispatcher)

Key Responsibilities Customer Service Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and service-related inquiries Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and text Keep customers informed on arrival times, scheduling updates, and parts status Follow up after service calls to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Scheduling & Dispatching Schedule and assign service calls based on technician skillset, location, and urgency Monitor daily schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed Prioritize calls based on customer needs and system urgency Technician Coordination Dispatch technicians with clear, detailed job information Debrief and close out calls, ensuring all notes, forms, and payments are properly completed Verify all required job details are entered accurately in ServiceTitan Qualifications ServiceTitan experience (Required) Dispatching experience (1+ year required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure High level of organization and time management Basic HVAC knowledge (preferred)
