Citrus Publishing, Inc. , publisher of the Citrus County Chronicle, is looking for a Classified Sales & Circulation Customer Service Representative to join our Inverness office team. This is an office-based position focused on helping local businesses and individuals with their classified advertising needs while providing friendly, dependable customer service. The position will also help develop new business from local small businesses and work with subscribers on circulation needs. What You'll Do Assist customers with placing classified and local advertising Answer customer questions by phone, email and in person Enter and manage advertising orders accurately Build relationships with local businesses and encourage repeat business Contact prospective customers and develop new business Handle basic administrative duties related to classified advertising and subscriber customer service What We Offer Base salary plus commission $40,000-$50,000 potential annual earnings Paid training Health, dental, vision and life insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company match Friendly, community-focused work environment What We're Looking For Sales or customer service experience preferred Friendly, professional and dependable Strong communication and people skills Comfortable talking with customers by phone and in person Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls Basic Microsoft Office skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Advertising or media experience is a plus, but not required.
