In this role, you'll be the face of our business, helping customers choose the right wash packages, introducing them to our Unlimited Wash Club, and creating an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with retail, hospitality, wireless sales, automotive service, membership sales, or customer service experience who enjoys working with people and exceeding goals. What You'll DoDrive Membership and Service Sales Educate customers on wash packages, upgrades, and Unlimited Membership options. Recommend services that fit each customer's needs. Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals. Build customer loyalty and increase membership retention. Create enthusiasm around promotions and special offers. Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. Ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Build relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals. Lead by Example Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance. Assist with training and mentoring team members. Support operational excellence and safety standards. Help create a positive, high-performance culture. What We're Looking For Outstanding communication and people skills.
