Position Summary Jensen Beach Insurance is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented 4-40 Licensed CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of insurance experience, preferably in an independent insurance agency environment, and a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients by delivering exceptional service, supporting their insurance needs, and building long-term relationships. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and contribute to the agency's continued growth and commitment to personalized service. Compensation $19.23 per hour (equivalent to 40,000 annually) $2,000 - $10,000+ annual cross-selling potential commission Responsibilities Service existing accounts and respond to client inquiries Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes Review coverage options and provide recommendations based on client needs Follow up on quote opportunities and agency leads Cross-sell and round out accounts when appropriate Maintain accurate client records and documentation Work with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships

Qualifications Required:

Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License Minimum 1 year of insurance agency experience Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred:
