Job Summary:
- We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in maintaining a drug-free workplace. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer skills with a willingness to learn new software systems
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions Accurately document customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs efficiently Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels while adhering to our drug-free workplace policy •
