Customer Service Representative - Medical Equipment and Supplies

Due to new contracts, we are currently looking for an additional customer service representative to perform customer support, order intake, order creations, and insurance verification. Candidates must be detailed orientated and also be comfortable talking on the phone. Candidates need at least a minimum of 2 years of medical office experience, DME experience, or billing experience, with insurance verification. Those without experience with not be considered. Prior DME experience is a major plus. Our office is a dynamic atmosphere where learning is always happening. Starting pay ($16.00 - $20.00) depending on experience, a 40-hour (M-F) work week and a very competitive benefits package including health and 401(k) plans.
