Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert guidance and support throughout their service experience. If you have dealership experience, possess excellent multitasking skills, and are familiar with the Kia brand, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs promptly and courteously. Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and provide accurate service recommendations. Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance, including scheduling appointments and arranging loaner vehicles when necessary. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates, estimated completion times, and any additional work required. Generate service orders and accurately document all service-related information. Utilize dealership software systems to manage customer records, service history, and inventory. Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
Previous dealership experience in a service advisor role is required. Familiarity with the Kia brand and automotive industry practices is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using dealership management software and other computer applications. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
