Customer Service Representative/Bookkeeping

Customer Service Rep/Bookkeeping Position:

Local insurance agency seeking a full-time position for CSR/bookkeeping to work in a fast paced environment Candidates should be able to multi task and complete responsibilities as assigned Duties are as follows:

• Receives and processes payments
• Accounts payable
• Enter data in spreadsheets and other software programs
• Filing kept current
• Answers phone and assists customers when needed
• Other assignments when needed Qualifications and skills needed: Microsoft word and Excel Customer service skills Phone and Email communication Attention to detail Confidentiality of customer and business records Good attitude and ability to work with a team QuickBooks experience is a plus Prefer to have a 4/40 licensed but not required Please provide employment references along with resumes.
