Customer Support & Administrative Specialist (Multi-Entity Organization)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Customer Support & Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic, multi-entity organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across customer service, administrative functions, and basic technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and internal systems Assist customers with inquiries related to services, accounts, internet connectivity, and VOIP systems Troubleshoot basic VOIP and internet-related issues or escalate when necessary Perform administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and record management Coordinate across multiple business entities and internal teams Maintain organized workflows and ensure timely follow-up on all tasks
Qualifications:
5 plus years of experience in customer support and/or administrative roles required Experience working with major telecom or service providers such as Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, or similar strongly preferred Working knowledge of VOIP systems and internet services (routers, modems, connectivity basics) Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shift priorities effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools Experience in troubleshooting connectivity or telecom-related issues Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
