Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a smoke shop environment. You will handle transactions, assist with product inquiries, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and phone etiquette.
