Job Description

About the Role FD National is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our Service Team as the first point of contact for clients, carriers, and visitors. This role plays a critical part in delivering a professional and responsive client experience while supporting the day-to-day coordination of service requests across the team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and assist clients in a professional, friendly manner Assign and route service requests to the appropriate team members Handle simple requests in real time, including ID cards PCP changes Physician searches Benefit summaries Demographic updates Invoice requests Primary contact updates Basic group changes and premium rate questions Respond to secure messages and follow up as needed What We're Looking For Customer service or receptionist experience Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Organized and able to multitask Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Bilingual, English and Spanish Preferred:
Experience working with a CRM or ticketing system (HubSpot a plus) Familiarity with employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA) Experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, or healthcare-related environment
