What You'll Do:
Schedule jobs per re-occurring tickets. Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/ tickets Schedule approved Estimates Dispatch Technicians Create Estimates as needed Create invoices when needed
What You'll Bring:
Parts Knowledge Scheduling / Dispatching Experience Results driven, strategic thinker and problem solver Proactive and takes initiative Knowledge with Microsoft Excel Experience in construction or trades office settings
