We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to support daily operations within a busy logistics environment. This role focuses on providing excellent service to clients, managing incoming and outgoing communication, and assisting with general front-desk coverage when needed. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve questions, and ensure a positive service experience Answer and manage incoming phone calls while making outbound calls as needed Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams Document customer interactions and update relevant information in company systems Provide occasional front desk coverage and assist with receptionist duties for short periods when needed Support general administrative and operational tasks related to customer service Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred Additional Details Opportunities for significant overtime are frequently available for those who want additional hours This role offers exposure to the logistics industry and the opportunity to develop valuable customer service and operational experience Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
