Responsibilities Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, managing multi-line phone systems efficiently to direct calls appropriately Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering helpful information Manage office operations including data entry, filing, calendar management, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer skills Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, handling correspondence, and assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Coordinate appointments and schedule management for team members or clients while ensuring timely follow-up Maintain a professional front desk environment by managing phone etiquette, greeting guests, and overseeing office supplies and clerical needs Assist with office management duties including organizing files, supporting medical or dental receptionist tasks if applicable, and ensuring smooth daily operations Experience Prior office experience or administrative support background is highly preferred Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on positive interactions and problem resolution Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), data entry, and typing skills Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, filing systems, and office management tools Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Knowledge of clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), and record keeping is advantageous Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to handle multiple priorities efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional service!
