Job Description
Alto Service Agent | Luxury Fleet Maintenance & Operations Now hiring for immediate starts at our location near MIA airport! As a Service Agent at Alto, you are the backbone of our operations. You'll ensure our luxury fleet of electric SUVs is clean, fueled, and ready to provide a 5-star experience for our passengers. Join us as a W-2 employee and grow your career in automotive operations!

Key Responsibilities Execute high-quality interior and exterior cleaning of our luxury SUV fleet. Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all safety and aesthetic standards are met. Manage vehicle logistics, including fueling, charging, and staging cars for driver pick-up. Move cars around the Ops center, and transport vehicles to service partners. Drive and handle all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries or filling up on oil or other fluids. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at our Miami operations hub. Drive off-site to run dealership errands when required Qualifications Must be 25 years of age or older. Must have a valid Florida Driver's License. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable moving vehicles in tight spaces. Strong attention to detail and a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude. Working knowledge of basic car maintenance would be advantageous, but is not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work irregular business hours, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable using mobile apps and web-based tools for fleet tracking. Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently. Comfortable working in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
