Position Overview We're looking for a reliable and adaptable Warehouse Floater to join our team. In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training in three key areas: Order Fulfillment / Picking & Packing Receiving & Inventory Management Customer Service You'll "float" between these positions as needed, helping wherever the team requires support. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a varied, hands-on environment and wants to learn multiple aspects of e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care Receive incoming inventory, check shipments, and update stock levels Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat (as needed) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Support the team during peak periods or special projects Help ensure our high-end motorcycle parts reach riders quickly and in perfect condition Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Basic computer skills (order management systems, email, etc.) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly Motorcycle knowledge is a big plus , but not required — we'll train the right person!
