Job Description

Sandy Sansing CDJR Milton is looking for a motivated and personable Service BDC Representative to join our sales team! Do you have excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships over the phone? If so, we want to hear from you! Automotive experience is a plus, but we'll provide training for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing top-tier customer service. Schedule service appointments for customers. Make outbound calls to customers who are due for maintenance.

What We're Looking For :

A "ninja" on the phones with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Someone who is organized, reliable, and driven to exceed goals. Previous customer service experience (1 year preferred); automotive industry experience is a bonus. High school diploma or equivalent. A professional, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
