Wholesale Footwear in Midtown Miami is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative for the Showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, strategic and results oriented individual to make a large contribution towards a growing business.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Follow up on shipments and communicate with customers in daily manner Maintain customer records by updating account information. Attract and sale to potential customers by answering product questions; suggest information about other products available. Open customer accounts by recording account information and take orders. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Maintain showroom and samples up to date Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results Applicants must have all the requirements to be considered for this position •.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of Customer Service Experience preferred •. Ability to communicate in English-Spanish Microsoft (Computers) proficient • Understanding of an organization's goals and objectives Team player & "Whatever it takes" attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written Excellent individual customer service skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to hit goals and deadlines Base salary (depending on experience) paid weekly plus incentives for monthly sales.
