Must be bilingual. A friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies. Confidence using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, and database software. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, empathy, and active listening. The ability to stay organized, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities What You'll Do Answer customer calls, resolve inquiries, and handle concerns with empathy and professionalism. Access customer accounts, review policy details, and manage policy updates accurately. Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in clear, easy-to-understand language. Support customer retention, policy rewrites, and cross-selling across multiple insurance lines. Recommend coverage options based on each customer's needs. Document complaints, track resolutions, and maintain accurate CRM records. Build a helpful FAQ knowledge base to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
