Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support and assist with billing, account maintenance, and administrative functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and efficient office operations.
Pay:
Up to $20.00 per hour
DOE Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of office clerical or customer service experience Valid driver's license Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer applications Typing speed of at least 50 WPM Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
Key Responsibilities:
