KEY SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

✨ Amazing communication skills ✨ A calm, clear, and diplomatic approach to resolving customer issues ✨ Empathy and a good ear for understanding others ✨ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills ️ ✨ Comfortable working with numbers and basic math ➕➖ ✨ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office equipment ️

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Customer Service :

Answer calls, greet visitors, and help customers with their questions and needs

Sales :

Help bring in new customers and cross-sell services to existing clients ️

Administration :

Input data, prepare reports, and assist the team with daily tasks

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a part

• time position with a schedule of 25 + hours per week .

Our business hours are:

Monday

• Friday:

  8:45 AM to 8:45 PM (all afternoons
• one morning per weekday)

Saturday:

8:30 AM to 1:45 PM (We occasionally host events in the afternoon, and your availability may be required on those occasions.)

Sunday:

Closed (However, we do host special events on select Sundays, and your availability may be required on those occasions.)

COMPENSATION

Starting at $15.00

• $18.

00 per hour , based on experience and education Benefits kick in after 90 days for full-time employees !
