Customer Service Associate/Cashier Mount Dora, FL 32757 $14 an hour - Full-time $14 an hour - Full-time Currently seeking a full-time professional, honest and fun Gas Station Customer Service Associate to join our Chevron On The Fly franchise family! Must be 21 years of age or older. A reliable means of transportation and a phone are also required. Prior Gas Station experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Provide Customer Service You will ensure an amazing customer service experience by greeting customers and assisting them with any needs or questions. Maintain Inventory Responsible for maintaining the store inventory. You will be asked to stock and re-stock shelves, coolers and other areas. Operate Register You will need to operate the register as well as the credit card and lottery machines. You will also be asked to prepare cash for daily deposits and will also have to maintain your individual register balance. Clean Station Cleanliness is a big priority at Chevron, so you will be asked to clean areas during your shift. This includes cleaning the public restroom, windows, coffee/soda counter, countertops, sweeping and mopping the floors, and taking out garbage on a daily basis.

Skills:

With great communication and interpersonal skills, Gas Station Cashiers are the main point of contact and provide a professional customer service experience at any gas station. They're friendly and positive, always willing to help customers. You must be a reliable individual, who shows up on time, work flexible schedules and are able to multitask when the station is busy.

Core Skills:

Previous Gas Station experience recommended, but not required Professional courtesy and great customer service skills Will be required to clean the store (mopping, dusting, brushing), take out garbage, cleaning the outside lot, and other routine cleaning tasks Possessing some cashier/sales/retail experience is an asset
