At the same time, you'll play a key role in agency growth by recognizing opportunities for clients to enhance their protection and recommending additional products during everyday service interactions. Key Responsibilities Deliver Outstanding Service Handle inquiries, resolve client issues, and consistently provide an exceptional customer experience. Drive Retention & Sales Growth Identify in-book sales opportunities, assist with coverage upgrades, and recommend additional policies that add value for existing clients. Stay Organized & Accurate Maintain up-to-date client records, process changes efficiently, and ensure follow-through on all service requests. Collaborate for Success Work closely with the agency team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to shared sales and service goals. Qualifications Communication, listening, and problem-solving skills A service-first attitude with the confidence to pivot into sales conversations Customer service experience preferred; sales experience a plus Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment Active P&C and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain with agency support
