Naples, Florida About the Opportunity Lee Health is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Customer Service Representative to support our Naples Pediatrics Specialty Clinic. This float position assists with front-desk operations, patient scheduling, registration, and administrative coverage to help deliver an exceptional experience for patients and their families. Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree preferred.

External Experience Requirements Applicants Outside Lee Health Required:

At least 2 years of customer service experience.

Preferred:

3 years of similar medical office front-desk experience.

Preferred:

Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience.

Please Note:

External candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience to qualify. Medical office front-desk experience and Epic EMR experience are preferred, but are not required.

Compensation:

All external candidates will start at $21.01 per hour . Key Responsibilities Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration. Support front-desk operations and patient check-in/check-out. Maintain accurate patient demographic and registration information. Provide professional, compassionate customer service to patients and families. Assist with administrative coverage and clinic operations as needed. Protect patient confidentiality and follow Lee Health policies. The Float Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include utilizing a practice management system to facilitate scheduling, registration, accurate billing, collections and the maintenance of medical records. This position can be assigned Sat and Sun shifts and reports to the Manager/Supervisor. This position is required to float to all LPG and Hospital Outpatient Department locations across four counties.

Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.

Experience:

External Candidates:

2 years of customer service experience required. 3 years of similar medical office front desk experience preferred, Epic EMR experience preferred.

Internal candidates: 1 year of equivalent scheduling or registration experience, CSR role preferred.
