Warranty & Replacement Parts Location:
Venice, FL (100% onsite)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM start
Pay Rate:
$18-$22/hour We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to support builders, remodelers, contractors, and homeowners with warranty inquiries and replacement parts ordering. This role is essential in delivering a high-quality customer experience through timely, accurate, and solution-driven support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing information, processing requests, and following up on both warranty and non-warranty issues Respond to inbound customer calls, answer questions accurately, and resolve warranty claims in a timely manner Act as a liaison between internal teams (field service, sales, plant management, and engineering) and external customers to ensure efficient issue resolution Maintain a flexible, positive, and professional approach when handling complex customer needs and high-demand situations Process payment transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality standards Expedite special requests to meet customer deadlines and expectations Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred Strong telephone presence with excellent listening and communication skills Ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel What We Offer At MITER Brands, we invest in your health, wealth, and wellness.
