Customer Service Associate

Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, detail-focused, and enjoys helping others. This is a perfect role for work-life balance with great store hours Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM , Saturdays 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM , and Closed on Sundays and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude. Assist customers with packing, shipping, and mailing services (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL). Handle incoming and outgoing packages accurately and efficiently. Process retail transactions, including sales of office supplies, postage, and packaging materials. Operate store equipment such as copiers, fax machines, laminators, and printers. Perform document services such as faxing, scanning, printing, and shredding. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Accurately manage cash register operations, including payments and daily balancing. Assist with stocking, inventory, and merchandising.

Qualifications:

Previous retail, shipping, or customer service experience preferred (but not required — we will train the right person). Computer skills and willingness to learn shipping software systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to apply for Notary Public commission (training and support provided).
