This position requires previous flower shop experience and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer orders, creating proposals, and assisting with daily shop operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally. Take floral orders by phone, in person, and online. Create and send proposals and quotes for floral arrangements, sympathy tributes, events, and plant projects. Process orders accurately using floral software and computer systems. Assist customers with flower, plant, and gift selections. Coordinate deliveries and communicate with drivers. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional workspace. Assist with daily flower shop operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of flower shop experience required. Strong computer skills. Experience taking floral orders and processing payments. Experience creating proposals and quotes. Excellent customer service and phone communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English required. Spanish is a plus but not required. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
Compensation:
$16-$25 per hour based on experience.
