Kitchen Cabinets & Doors Showroom Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our kitchen cabinets and doors showroom team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for design, and thrives in a sales-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet and assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and warmth Guide customers through product selections, understanding their needs and preferences Provide expert knowledge on cabinet styles, materials, finishes, and door options Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Follow up with customers on order status and ensure satisfaction Business Development Proactively search for and identify new business connections and potential customers Reach out to contractors, builders, interior designers, and real estate professionals Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts Generate leads through networking and outreach efforts Communication & Administration Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly Manage email correspondence with customers, vendors, and partners Maintain organized customer records and order documentation Coordinate with installation teams and vendors as needed Update showroom displays and maintain a clean, inviting space

Qualifications Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Professional phone manner and written communication skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Preferred:

Previous experience in retail, showroom, or customer service Knowledge of kitchen design, cabinetry, or home improvement Sales or business development experience Bilingual abilities (SPANISH) Schedule Part-time position: 2-4 days per week
