Bilingual Preferred Pay Rate:

Your Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and process requests fornew service, cancellations, or changes.

Accept and processcustomer payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information.

Work with customers and internal Waste Connections teams to identify service needs, resolve issues, and providesafe, costeffective, environmentally sound solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual candidates strongly preferred(English + Spanish).

2+ years of highvolumecustomer serviceexperience.

Proficiency withMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
