With an unmatched reputation and a team of highly skilled, long-tenured technicians, we are seeking a high-performing Service Advisor to take the customer experience to the next level. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, deep understanding of customer service cycles, and the ability to communicate and follow through with precision. Your Mission As the Service Advisor, you'll be the trusted liaison between our customers and service technicians. From intake to delivery, your job is to ensure every customer interaction is seamless, informative, and memorable — while also maximizing service revenue through upsells, follow-ups, and repeat visits.
