Overview Jones Supply A.I. Sales & Services, Inc. is a small agricultural business in Okeechobee, Florida, serving customers throughout Central and South Florida. We are looking for a dependable team player for an "all-around" position. Because we are a small business, everyone helps in different areas. This is a good fit for someone with agricultural, sales, or customer-service experience, or someone who is motivated and willing to learn. Responsibilities Help customers in the store and at farms, ranches, dairies, and other locations Learn about our products and assist customers in finding the equipment, feed, minerals, breeding supplies, and agricultural products that best fit their needs Assist with basic livestock nutrition and product questions Learn about beef and dairy production, genetics, reproduction, and livestock equipment Assist customers with loading products and equipment as needed Make occasional deliveries and assist with liquid nitrogen routes Create and post social media ads Prepare quotes, invoices, billing, filing, and other office work Assist with inventory, agricultural events, and demonstrations Help wherever needed as part of the team Our goal is simple: make sure our customers have what they need to be successful, because their success helps make us successful. Must Have Clean driving record for the past 3 years Ability to pass a drug test Reliable transportation Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good customer-service and communication skills Ability to safely perform the normal duties of the position, with team assistance or equipment when appropriate. Must be able to lift 50lbs Some Agricultural knowledge and/or customer-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Schedule:

Primarily Monday-Friday, but may include a Saturday when needed . Hours may vary based on customer needs and route schedules.
