Please read in order to be considered: We're an online retailer of professional and hobby painting supplies (airbrushes, spray guns, paints, compressors, and accessories). We are known for our lightning speed of order processing and spotless packaging. We are looking for a fast-learning, outgoing person to join our customer service team. Please start your cover letter with "Airbrush" (secret phrase) so we know you read our description, and we will read your resume. All others will be ignored. Tasks include but not limited to:

• Answering incoming emails and finding a solution for each and every case (teammates will help)
• Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, forwarding the call to a specialist if needed
• Answering questions via online chat on our website
• Following up with customers regarding their order
• Help the sales team generate leads, identify potential leads, and forward them to sales reps
• Check voicemail inboxes and return calls in a timely manner
• Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service
• Follow-up with callers on complaint and/or question resolution status
• Collaborate with the shipping team, other customer service reps, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
• Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times Knowledge in spray painting/airbrushing is a great help in this position, please don't forget to mention in the cover letter if you have any experience in spray painting/hobby airbrushing.
