Coastal Health Corporate Office - Orange Park, FL Job Summary Coastal Health is seeking a dependable and patient-focused Call Representative to join our Primary Care team at our Corporate Office. The Call Representative will serve as an important point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service while assisting with scheduling, questions, and general patient needs. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks while maintaining a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities Answer incoming patient calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments Assist patients with general questions and direct calls to the appropriate department or team member Provide patients with accurate information regarding appointments and office procedures Take detailed and accurate messages when needed Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service Document patient calls and information accurately in the appropriate systems Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and other departments Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times Follow Coastal Health policies, procedures, and standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service, call center, or healthcare experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and friendly telephone manner Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning healthcare systems Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and professional What We Offer Competitive compensation Benefits package for eligible employees A supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within Coastal Health The opportunity to make a positive difference in the patient experience If you are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others, we would love to have you join the Coastal Health team!
