DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Responsible for receiving products. Verify received products againsts purchase order and supplier packing list. Verify product has not been tampered with and temperature is within required limints. Communicate any devition of products to department manager before receiving it. Complete documentation as required by company SOP, HACCP, truck security log, truck conditions and temperature logs. Ensure products/boxes received are labeled with quality control number. Perform daily inventory of products in the receiving retail area. Keep storeroom/receiving dock cleaned and organized. Breakdown pallets and stock shelves. Maintein production area in compliance with sanitation standards set by LSG Sky Chefs, FDA, USDA and customer standards. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Should have basic math knowledge (+, -, X, /) Must be flexible - able to react to changing priorities Must be able to work a fexible schedule, weekends, holidays. Schedule subject to change Must be able to use pallet jack/forklift (training required) Must be able to work in extreme heat and/or cold environment Must be able to work around moving equipment and wet floors Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs or push up to 100 lbs (on rolling stock) Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for 8 to 10 hours per shift Must be able to read, write and speak English
