All Volusia and Flagler Heating and Air is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our valued customers. What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers over the phone with a warm, professional attitude Answer and manage inbound/outbound phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Draft customer correspondences, contracts, and service documents Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems Support the team with general administrative duties Participate in our Emergency After-Hours Dispatch Phone rotation (additional pay provided)

What We're Looking For:

Positive, Supportive and Bright Personality Prior experience in customer service, administrative, or office support roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude Bilingual a plus (but not required) Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks, and general office software Why Work With Us?
