A confidential home services company in Palatka/St. Augustine is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, booking service appointments, solving scheduling challenges, and supporting technicians in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for both customers and technicians. Success in this position requires strong communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to adjust priorities while maintaining a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls, identify customer needs, and create a professional first impression Explain service options, build value, and convert qualified calls into booked appointments Enter accurate customer and job information, confirm appointments, and communicate updates Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer needs, skills, location, and availability Monitor job progress, respond to schedule changes, and keep customers and technicians informed Handle questions and concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solution-focused approach
