This position serves as a liaison between internal teams and external customers to ensure alignment of requirements and timely execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and correspondence Coordinate with the Supply Chain Supervisor to ensure customer requirements are met and communicate potential delays Prepare and distribute daily shipping reports Participate in production meetings to communicate customer expectations Maintain customer portals to align demand with purchase orders Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) performance Maintain accurate backlog data and report discrepancies Manage customer data within the ERP system Participate in customer calls and meetings as needed Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field or three (3) years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP experience required; Epicor preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Work Environment and Physical Requirements Office-based role with occasional exposure to manufacturing environment Prolonged periods working at a computer Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds Ability to operate standard office equipment Exposure to noise, moving machinery, dust, and chemicals when on the shop floor Additional Information Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required Shapes Precision Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
