Job Overview GEICO's local office in Palmetto Bay is looking for a fully-licensed customer service representative to show our customers the value of being insured by GEICO. We are searching for someone who knows the insurance industry well, is extremely solutions-oriented, and passionate about customer service. Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must have ability to multi-task. Prior Sales Experience. Must be highly self-motivated. Professional phone etiquette. Career minded vision. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Strong work ethic and leadership skills.BENEFITS
