Earn $150-$250+ Per Day (Base Pay + Service Incentives + Customer Acquisition Bonuses) Training Provided | Weekly Pay | Growth Opportunity | Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred We are growing our South Florida services and seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pressure Washing Technicians / Route Service Representatives. This is not a warehouse job and not an office position. We are looking for team members who enjoy working independently, interacting with homeowners, and helping build a growing local business. No previous pressure washing experience is required. We will train the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

Clean, sanitize, and deodorize residential trash & recycle bins with pressure washer Service scheduled customer routes throughout Broward County Represent the company professionally in residential communities Introduce homeowners to our services and generate new customers Take before-and-after service photos Maintain equipment and company standards

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Professional appearance Comfortable speaking with homeowners Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Sales, customer service, pressure washing, landscaping, delivery, or route service experience is helpful but not required Qualifications Prior experience with pressure washing or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate. Ability to operate pressure washers and related equipment safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred; must be able to handle route schedules reliably with your own transportation.
