RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist customers in the service lane Open and manage repair orders for routine maintenance services Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, and pricing Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Provide timely updates and maintain strong communication with customers Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed promptly Deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year of customer service experience required Automotive or dealership experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Allen Turner Automotive is an equal opportunity employer.
