Responsibilities - Sales/Call Center Representative Engage with commercial and residential customers in deregulated states, presenting nTherm's competitive electricity supply rates. Build relationships with decision-makers, explain the advantages of switching to nTherm, and guide them through the enrollment and verification process. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic and rewarding setting. Qualifications - Sales/Call Center Representative Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service. A results-driven attitude with a strong desire to surpass sales goals. Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, but not required - comprehensive training is provided! Customer service experience is a bonus!
