Our client is looking for a dedicated and energetic Bilingual Customer Service Rep to join their expanding team in Plant City. High SchoolResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities Multilingual Communication:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails, transitioning seamlessly between English and Spanish.Problem Solving:
Navigate customer inquiries regarding service schedules, billing, and product orders with efficiency and professionalism.Data Integrity:
Input and update client profiles in our CRM with a high degree of accuracy to ensure no detail is missed.Cross-Functional Teamwork:
Collaborate with the sales and logistics departments to provide real-time updates to our customers.Professionalism:
Maintain a calm, helpful demeanor during peak hours and high-call volume periods.Requirements Language:
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is a non-negotiable requirement.Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or professional office environment.Tech Savvy:
strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and quick, accurate data entry skills.Work Ethic:
A reliable, "team-first" attitude with a proven track record of punctuality.Soft Skills:
