Client Support Associate:
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery Present and sell telecom products and service packages that align with each client's unique needs and goals Build long-term relationships through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and thoughtful follow-up Monitor account performance and satisfaction levels to identify sales opportunities and prevent churn Collaborate with fellow Client Support Associates and Sales teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining trust and satisfaction Stay current on telecom industry developments, competitor offerings, and client-specific updates to stay ahead of the curve Represent our partner brands with integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client success as a Client Support Associate Participate in sales strategy sessions, performance reviews, and client feedback loops to continuously improve account outcomes
