Job Description

I-4 Power Equipment and Golf Cars is currently seeking a second full-time Service Writer to join our team. Having served the Plant City community for over 35 years, we specialize in premium outdoor power equipment and golf car solutions, representing brands such as Wright, Ferris, Altoz, Hustler, STIHL, and Yamaha. Due to continued growth, we have an immediate opening for a dedicated professional to support our service department.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Opening and closing work orders for internal and customer projects.
  • Coordinating with the service team to ensure customer commitments are met
  • Managing customer communications via phone and email.
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Maintaining internal documentation using Microsoft and Google suites.
  • Processing parts transactions and equipment sales as required.
Fluency in Spanish is preferred. This position offers a professional work environment within a hardworking team. Please note that the schedule includes working at least one Saturday per month.
