IN OFFICE
Schedule:
Weekends -Saturday 9-6 pm, Sunday 10-7 pm Evening Hours available: Wednesday -Friday 6-9 pm
INBOUND CALLS/OUTGOING
calls /Sales & Customer Service Inbound sales via call, chat, and offline tickets work multiple computer screens and applications. Make outbound calls as needed for service, sales, and retention. Consistently provide a positive customer experience Maintain professionalism and drive customer interaction towards a sale, service satisfaction, or a service recovery. Provide assistance to other team members . Document and provide accurate and complete notation of the customer interaction to the customer's account file.
