Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help streamline communication, resolve inquiries efficiently, and foster strong relationships with customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer service expertise in a fast-paced environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly via multi-line phone systems and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism. Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and directing visitors appropriately. Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and update customer information using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools. Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing calendar schedules for team members or executives. Support office management duties and ensuring smooth daily operations. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and contribute to a welcoming office environment. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Word Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Prior customer service experience demonstrating patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills are essential. Experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required.
