Must have Nissan Experience The Service Advisor at Harbor Nissan will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the auto service process. The Service Advisor will advise customers on diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of their vehicles, while emphasizing the value of additional services to customers and striving to meet sales goals. This is an individual contributor, full time, salary position located in Port Charlotte, Florida.Compensation & Benefits:

Promptly greet customers and ascertain their service needsConduct vehicle inspections to identify any further service needsAdvise customers on available services, evaluate customer needs, and estimate repair and maintenance costs based on that evaluationAccurately input customer information into the systemDiscuss pricing and payment options with customersInitiate and process customer paperwork and billingInform customers of their repair and maintenance progressMaintain customer retention through exceptional customer serviceStay up-to-date on product and service information, as well as industry developmentsKeep showroom and work area clean and organizedRequirements:
Nissan Experience RequiredHigh school diploma or GED2-3 years of prior experience as a Service Advisor. Nissan experience is a plus. Dealertrack experience is a plus.Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to provide technical assistance to customersAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentThorough knowledge of automotive parts, services, and proceduresAble to successfully complete and pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
